FREE CHILD ID CLINIC(Masonic C.H.I.P Program): Saturday March 27 from 10:00am - 4:00pm, A free program to record a child’s vital information to CD. Vital information, digital fingerprints, photos and video are burned to a CD. A dental bite impression is also taken. All information is given to the parent or guardian for safekeeping, and no records are kept. Should the need arise, it only take a few minutes from the time the CD is loaded on to a police computer for an Amber Alert to be broadcast. Sponsored by Stirling Masonic Lodge #69, hosted by the Prince Edward District Masons. Event held at St. Pauls United Church, 104 Church Street, Stirling. *Des Livres Dans Ma Valise/ Books In My Suitcase. How is your toddler’s French?: This French literacy program for children ages 0-4 years was being test piloted at 3 locations - Trenton, Belleville and Frankford. Children could come and have a couple hours in French surroundings. The key part of the program was when they gathered around and had a book read to them. There were also songs, games and a craft time. For more information contact Maude at 613-392-2811 ext. 2442.
